As a Sales Intern at Synchrogistics, you’ll dive into the fast-paced world of logistics sales, gaining hands-on experience and contributing directly to our growth. This role is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in logistics sales by working closely with our senior sales team. Your work will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and helping us achieve our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify and qualify sales prospects in the logistics industry
- Reach out to potential clients primarily through cold calls, emails, and social media to set up appointments for the senior sales team
- A minimum call volume of 50 calls per day is expected, plus email and social media outreach
- Listen in on sales calls and meetings to understand client needs and learn effective sales strategies and techniques
- Maintain and update sales records and customer databases
- Participate in sales training and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Work on special projects and assignments as needed to support the sales team
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
- Strong interest in the logistics and transportation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and succeed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (SalesForce) is a plus

Pay: $15.00 per hour
