Official Rules and Terms & Conditions 

Eligibility  

• • Open to all  carriers who have hauled loads for Synchrogistics.

• • Participants must submit at least one photo through the form on Synchrogistics’ website.

• • Each eligible carrier may submit up to six photos for entry.  

How to Enter

• • Fill out and submit your photos through the submission form provided by Synchrogistics.  

Prize

• • Three (3) winners will receive a Synchrogistics-branded trucker hat and T-shirt.  

Contest Duration

• • Contest submissions will be accepted until October 3rd, 2025, 11:59 PM EST.  

• • One winner will be selected and notified by October 6th, 2025.  

Photo Usage Rights

• • By submitting, participants grant Synchrogistics and associated shippers permission to use these photos for marketing and promotional purposes.  

• • Synchrogistics reserves the right to share submitted photos with associated shippers as part of marketing efforts.  

Winner Selection and Notification

• • The winner will be selected by Synchrogistics based on creativity, quality, and relevance of photo(s) to the campaign.  

• • The winner will be contacted via email and announced on Monday, October 6th.  

Additional Terms

• • Synchrogistics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if necessary.
